Mr. Ankele is a principal of White, Bear & Ankele. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1982 and has been with the firm since 2004. He has practiced in the areas of local government law, project finance and construction, and real estate development for 25 years. He has provided advice to the development community, citizen groups, and local governments on the organization and use of various public entities offering tax-exempt financing solutions for major public and private projects throughout Colorado. This includes advice concerning special districts, library districts, intergovernmental authorities, business improvement districts, county local improvement districts, county public improvement districts, municipal public improvement districts, and municipal general improvement districts. Additionally, Mr. Ankele has extensive experience in real estate development and corporate law, including matters pertaining to acquisition of real property, easements and other property rights, commercial leasing, and licensing matters.
