Mr. Allen is a principal of White, Bear & Ankele. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1999 and has been with the firm since that year. Mr. Allen serves as general counsel for Special Districts throughout the greater Denver Metro Area and in Colorado Springs. Mr. Allen also specializes in Special District election administration.
