Mr. White is the founder and managing shareholder of White, Bear & Ankele. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1983 and has practiced real estate development and local government law since that time, specializing in the organization and representation of special districts. For nearly 25 years, Mr. White has represented Colorado’s premier residential and commercial developers and has served as the City Attorney for the City of Lone Tree, Colorado since he lead the City’s incorporation effort in 1995. Mr. White’s creative approach to tax exempt financing opportunities for public infrastructure has helped to bring about the construction of significant commercial development including Park Meadows Mall, Belmar Plaza, Colorado Mills, and Centerra. He has represented Vail Resorts since 1996 in ski area real estate development projects as well as numerous Colorado homebuilders and land developers. His approach to problem solving for the firm’s clients focuses on how to find solutions rather than explaining to clients why their objectives cannot be achieved.
