Neil Rutledge

Mr. Rutledge is an Associate of White, Bear & Ankele and has been with the firm since 2007. He attended the Wayne State University Law School, was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1979, and was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1998. Mr. Rutledge brings unique talent and expertise to the firm having served as Chief Justice of the High Court of the Republic of the Marshall Islands and Barrister and Solicitor to the High Court of the Solomon Islands. Mr. Rutledge is also the founding member of the Pacific Judicial Council. Mr. Rutledge practices municipal corporation law and special district law.

Robert G. Rogers

Mr. Rogers is an Associate of White, Bear & Ankele and has been with the firm since 2011. He attended The University of Texas School of Law and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2008, and was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2011. Mr. Rogers has experience serving as both general and bond counsel for special districts and he has represented commercial and residential developers in a variety of capacities. Mr. Rogers is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Individual Commendation Medal for his service as a mobile assault platoon sergeant in Al Anbar Province, Iraq. Mr. Rogers is an Eagle Scout and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
